Shipping and returns

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 to 4 days after receipt of payment.

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for international shipments.

Please note: during busy periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day or Christmas, delivery times may be extended. Thank you for your understanding.

To date, product delivery is free of charge.

CoprahCabana reserves the right to accept or refuse delivery to specific areas.

For international shipments: if you decide to refuse any shipment from CoprahCabana, you are responsible for the shipping costs.

In the event of late delivery, i.e. more than 30 days (maximum delivery time after order validation), we invite you to contact us by registered mail or e-mail at coprahcabana@gmail.com, so that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.

However, we shall not be held liable for late delivery in the event of force majeure (an event beyond our control, unforeseeable and irresistible) making delivery totally impossible. This may include, in particular, sudden and extreme weather conditions, riots, fire, flooding, etc., or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act by a third party.

CoprahCabana cannot be held liable for any reason whatsoever.

Consequently, no claim for compensation of any kind whatsoever may be made by the consumer against CoprahCabana.

In the event of incomplete or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer, CoprahCabana cannot be held responsible for any delay or impossibility of delivery.

In the event of goods being returned for these reasons, the customer shall bear the cost of reshipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal by sending your request to our e-mail address (copracabana@gmail.com). Products must then be returned to us within 14 days of our acceptance.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products by us. 

You must return the products in their original packaging, in their original condition (packaging, labels, undirty products, etc.).

Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will not be reimbursed. The customer will be responsible for the initial delivery and return costs.

The risks and costs of return are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

In the event of damage, loss or destruction of the parcel in the context of a return, the entire order and return costs will remain the responsibility of the Customer.

In accordance with legal provisions, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to order, according to the Customer's particular specifications, as they constitute an exception under the terms of article L121-20-2 3° of the French Consumer Code.

EXCHANGE and RETURN POLICY

All our products are made in Moorea, checked and free of defects before shipment.

However, you can make a request by e-mail to coprahcabana@gmail.com no later than 14 days after the date of receipt of the product (with the reason for the return, your contact details and the date of the order);

Upon acceptance by us, returns must be made in their original packaging, in their original condition (packaging, labels, undirty products...).

Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will not be reimbursed. The customer will be responsible for the initial and return shipping costs.

The risks and costs of return are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

In the event of damage, loss or destruction of the parcel in the context of a return, the total amount of the order and the return costs will remain payable by the Customer.

We will offer a refund based on the original method of payment.

For customers in Tahiti or Moorea, an exchange will be possible. Exchanges (subject to availability) will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

GUARANTEE

The Site offers handcrafted products (textile items, Tahitian pearls, etc.), which may result in variations in color, shape, finish and discoloration that cannot be considered defects.

As a latent defect is a fault in a product which, under normal conditions of use, renders it unfit for the purpose for which it was intended, and as the obligation of conformity is understood as the delivery of the contractually agreed product, the editor of this site is not responsible for normal wear and tear of the products, accidental damage or damage resulting from abnormal use of the products.
