Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Packages are usually shipped within 3 to 4 days after payment is received.
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for international shipments.
Please note: during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or Christmas, delivery times may be extended. Thank you for your understanding.
In case of a delivery delay, i.e., more than 30 days (maximum delivery time after order confirmation), we invite you to contact us by registered mail or email at coprahcabana@gmail.com, so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the Customer provides incomplete or inaccurate delivery information, Coprah Cabana cannot be held responsible for any delay or inability to deliver.
If goods are returned for these reasons, re-shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Coprah Cabana cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers (Post, freight, etc.).
Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure (an event beyond our control, unforeseeable, and irresistible) making delivery entirely impossible. This may include sudden and extreme weather conditions, a riot, fire, flood… or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act by a third party.
Coprah Cabana’s liability cannot be engaged, for any reason whatsoever.
Consequently, no claim for compensation, of any kind whatsoever, can be made by the consumer against Coprah Cabana.
Conditions
As of today, product delivery is free for purchases of 300€ or more.
And get a 10% discount on your 1st order.
A flat rate of 1,500 XPF (registered mail with tracking number) is applied for all deliveries (except for your 1st order).
CoprahCabana reserves the right to accept or refuse delivery to specific areas.
As of today, we are unable to deliver to the United States.
Shipping
- Orders in Moorea: we do not offer deliveries or shipments. Orders placed on the website for Moorea must be picked up directly at LENDROIT (near Le Petit Village, Tiahura). Select the “Hand delivery” option during checkout on the website. Orders are prepared within 48 business hours. As soon as they are ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email. Please do not come before receiving this email: if you have not yet received it, your order is not ready. Remember to check your spam folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there.
- Other destinations: shipping via Colissimo with tracking number.
Receiving
All our products are made in Moorea, checked, and free of any defects before shipping.
However, you can make a request by email to coprahcabana@gmail.com no later than 14 days following the product’s receipt date (including the reason for return, your contact details, and the order date).
Receiving a damaged package:
Goods always travel at the recipient’s risk. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in case of missing items or damage.
Fees
Since July 1, 2021, shipments from French Polynesia to mainland France are subject to VAT and customs duties, similar to shipments from a country outside the European Union. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
To expedite customs clearance, we recommend paying these fees online upon receipt of the tracking number.
To speed up the customs clearance process, upon receiving your tracking number, we advise you to go to the online form to settle customs formalities. (With online payment, customs clearance fees are reduced). In case of payment upon delivery (to the postman or at a post office), the full rate will apply.
Coprah Cabana is not responsible for additional fees applied upon receipt of your package.
Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day of product receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal by sending your request to our email address (coprahcabana@gmail.com). Products must then be returned to us within a maximum of 14 days after our acceptance.
The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned products.
You must return products in their original packaging, in their original condition (packaging, labels, products not soiled…).
Incomplete, damaged, or soiled returned products will not be accepted and cannot be refunded; initial shipping and return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The risks and return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
In case of damage, loss, or destruction of the package during a return, the entire order and return costs will remain the responsibility of the Customer.
In accordance with legal provisions, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products custom-made according to the Customer’s specific requirements, as they constitute an exception under the terms of Article L121-20-2 3° of the Consumer Code.
Exchange and Return Policy
For customers outside French Polynesia:
- We do not accept exchanges for orders delivered outside French Polynesia. However, you can request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your package at info@coprahcabana.com.
We will offer a refund based on the original payment method. - The jewelry must be returned by mail at your expense, in its original, unworn, complete condition, and in its original packaging, to the following address:

- Once your jewelry has been sent, please send us the tracking number by email to info@coprahcabana.com.
- The refund is issued only after receipt and inspection of the jewelry. Coprah Cabana reserves the right to refuse a refund if the condition of the jewelry does not allow for its resale, and declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft during return transport.
For customers in Polynesia:
- We do not issue refunds for purchases made in French Polynesia. An exchange can be made for another piece of jewelry of equivalent or higher value (with payment of the difference if necessary).
- You have 7 calendar days from the receipt of your jewelry to return it unworn, complete, and in its original packaging to our store (LENDROIT in Moorea) or by mail at your expense, in its original, unworn, complete condition, and in its original packaging, to the following address:

In all cases, proof of purchase (email or invoice) is mandatory.
Upon our acceptance, returns must be made in their original packaging, in their original condition (packaging, labels, unstained products…).
Incomplete, damaged, or soiled returned products will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund; initial shipping and return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Return risks and costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
In the event of damage, loss, or destruction of the package during a return, the entire order and return costs will remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Warranty
The Site offers products from artisanal manufacturing (textile items, Tahitian pearls, …), which may notably result in variations in shades, shapes, finishes, and discolorations that cannot be considered defects.
A hidden defect being a flaw in the item which, under normal conditions of use, renders it unfit for its intended purpose, and the obligation of conformity being understood as the delivery of the contractually agreed item, the publisher of this site is notably not responsible for normal wear and tear of items, accidental damage, or damage resulting from abnormal use of the items.
